Dish Network is one of the largest pay-TV providers in the United States. Company perceive Internet piracy as a serious threat. That is  why Dish is hiring an anti-piracy specialist who is to deal with researching and monitoring pirate sites. He will also make sure that YouTube, Craigslist and eBay remain piracy-free.

In recent years, the company has filed several lawsuits against alleged pirate sources, including TVAddons, which repository Kodi-addon. TVAddons announced that it had reached a confidential agreement and the case was rejected. The company continues to deal with the piracy issue on many fronts.

“DISH in Englewood, Colorado, is looking for an Investigator II to work on multiple projects with topics ranging from satellite piracy, IPTV violations, Intellectual property violations, forum monitoring, Internet monitoring, and end-user cases,” announced the company. One of the most important is that  prospective candidates will have access to confidential information which must be discrete. (ns.)
