A Hard to Understand Sentence for Kinomaniak.tv Creators

The closure of Kinomaniak.tv web site was supposed to illustrate how effective fight against online piracy is, but in the end the penalty that was imposed on its creators proved to be ridiculous. In 2014 Kinomaniak.tv inventors have heard allegations of false testimony, piracy and money laundering. They were punished with up to 8 years imprisonment, and eventually the main organizer in 2015 was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment suspended for 6 years and a fine of 10,000 polish zloty, and two of his assistants for 3.5 years in prison also suspended and fined 10,000 and 20,000 polish zloty.
